The Chicago Midwest Contact Center Association is very excited to continue the Contact Center Leadership Roundtable with our second session. Our goal is to provide a space to share and connect with like-minded contact center leaders without a sales pitch or sales angle for participants. The event will be facilitated by the MWCCA and our goal is helpful dialog around what’s happening in our centers and where/ how to take the next appropriate steps for our organizations.
The format will be a moderator-led roundtable discussion designed to network with other contact center leaders and gain insight into what others are doing in their respective organizations:
